MTC People strengthens a composite materials maritime mobility project with 12 professionals in Lorient, France

MTC People has started working with a leading French company specialising in the manufacture of large-scale composite moulds, integrating 12 skilled professionals into its production teams.

With more than 40 years of experience, the company develops solutions for sectors such as maritime transport, renewable energy and aerospace. Its current projects include components for electric vessels equipped with hydrofoil technology, as well as wind-assisted marine propulsion systems.

Faced with difficulties in finding professionals with the required skills, the company needed a partner capable of meeting the technical demands of its projects. MTC People selected and supplied the right profiles, strengthening the client’s operational capacity.
