Candidates were evaluated in welding and assembly tests for an international project.

MTC People held a practical testing session for five candidates selected for an international industrial project. The assessment took place at the facilities of Falual Metalomecânica, a Falual Group company, under the supervision of the Production Manager.

Throughout the day, the candidates completed several technical tasks covering welding, weld cleaning and part assembly. The purpose was to assess their practical skills and their ability to meet the project’s requirements.

This internal technical assessment does not constitute an official certification. It represents an additional step in the selection process, allowing MTC People to confirm whether each candidate’s stated experience matches their performance in an industrial environment.

Through this process, MTC People reduces the risk of skills mismatches and gives clients greater confidence when integrating professionals into demanding industrial projects, both in Portugal and abroad.
