We are looking to recruit an Budgeter (M/F) - Santo Tirso to join our team:

Requirements:

- Technical training in the field of Technical Drawing, Civil Construction and/or similar;

- Proven experience in budgeting for façade work;

- Reading French at a conversational level (preferred);

- Proficiency in CAD software tools (AutoCAD) and advanced knowledge of Excel;

- Technical knowledge of building façade systems;

- Good ability to read and interpret architectural and specialty projects;

- Organization, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Functions:

- Interpreting architectural and engineering projects, ensuring that the execution details comply with them;

- Taking measurements and preparing the quantities of materials needed to carry out the work and lists of quantities;

- Taking project/work measurements;

- Composing prices and budgets.
