MTC People Lda., which develops national and international projects, is recruiting a Sales Manager (M/F) for Seixal to join its team:

Job description:

- Ability to organize and plan work;

- Prospecting and attracting new clients;

- Maintaining a close and trusting relationship with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction;

- Identifying the specific needs of each client and proposing customized solutions;

- Ensure continuous monitoring of the services provided, intervening in the event of problems;

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that the candidate profiles sent to clients match their needs;

- Problem-solving skills;

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the commercial field;

- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the different stakeholders in the project;

- Driving license (Compulsory);

- Available for national and international travel;

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

- Knowledge of labor legislation;

- Spoken and written English (Preferred);
